I desperately pity this creature.

Megyn Kelly can go fuck herself, rancid racist bitch. My god, what a complete asshole.

Megyn Kelly reminds me of Irma Grese, who was a concentration camp guard tried, convicted at the Nuremberg trials, and hanged at age 22.

Unfortunately for us, when it comes to that kind of retribution, "no Irish need apply."

My husband had a horrible freak accident that has left him disabled. It’s been an unending cycle of hospitalizations and nursing home type settings. Well over half the people who have been caring for him have been immigrants, mostly from the places people like Megan Kelly consider “shithole countries.” They are working really hard jobs that don’t pay that well, doing unpleasant work… and keeping people alive. (I’ve seen my husband nearly die in a front of me a couple of times, and these are the people who saved him.) I’d rather have 100,000 of them in this country than a single Megyn Kelly.

While I usually find snarky insulting modifications of names of people I despise to be rather lame, I make an exception in recommending the adoption of 'Smegyn' as the go-to spelling of this racist harridan sack of shit's first name.

"Megyn Kelly" Downstream someone wrote that she has an Irish grandmother. Whatever else she is, she's no Native American and is obviously the descendant of immigrants herself. I wonder if she ever thought about that, and the comment by sociologist Phil Slater that "American was founded and continuously repopulated by people who were not successful in their home countries." My German and English ancestors would certainly have to admit to that reality. Or did Megyn's forebears arrive after traveling in First Class on the HMS Queen Mary to lord it over all the rest of us?

At this point she's just performance art. Why give her the time of day ?

Mark Linimon's avatar

And really *bad* performance art, at that.

"Toussaint Louverture (c. 1743–1803) was the primary leader of the Haitian Revolution. Born enslaved in Saint-Domingue (modern-day Haiti), he led a successful slave uprising, transforming the colony into a free society and establishing a powerful military force that defeated French, Spanish, and British forces."

To Toussaint Louverture (W Wordsworth)

Toussaint, the most unhappy Man of Men!

Whether the rural Milk-maid by her cow

Sing in thy hearing, or thy head be now

Pillowed in some deep dungeon’s earless den;--

O miserable Chieftain! where and when

Wilt thou find patience? Yet die not; do thou

Wear rather in thy bonds a chearful brow:

Though fallen Thyself, never to rise again,

Live, and take comfort. Thou hast left behind

Powers that will work for thee; air, earth, and skies;

There’s not a breathing of the common wind

That will forget thee; thou hast great allies;

Thy friends are exultations, agonies,

And love, and Man’s unconquerable mind.

This is not Jez's American girlfriend Nancy from the Peep Show? Is it?

When we're back in power, we need a massive amnesty program to legalize millions of undocumented workers. It would stabilize the workforce, improve working conditions, pull the rug out from under the Republican's argument against the undocumented, and drive them crazy as a bonus.

Just like their former idol, St. Ronnie, did:

A massive amnesty program accompanied by a massive aggressive pogrom directed at blithering willfully ignorant Republicans like Megyn Kelly.

I have no time for Megyn Kelly, and I'd cancel my Sirius subscription if I had one.

What the everloving BS is going on with substack? Every time I like a comment I get a "There was an error liking this comment."😡😡😡 I also am having problems restacking things. It loves to do this on left leaning articles and comments.

Oh, but remember it is so, so superior to Disgus. Just ask Robyn.

"Why should American citizens have to suffer indefinitely" What suffering exactly? Also, people who have lived here 18 years should automatically get citizenship, like common-law marriage.

Snarfyguy's avatar

Late to the discussion, but you have to wonder how well Kelly would assimilate if circumstances made her flee to a foreign land where nobody spoke her language or looked like her.

Daniel O'Riordan's avatar

We have a pretty good idea looking at the assholes who ran off to Russia. They didn't learn the language and expected the Russian government to roll out the red carpet and get them set up.

Snarfyguy's avatar

Yeah, I remember reading an article here about people who did that.

Didn't turn out how they thought it would.

It hard assimilate when the default color is white and you're Black.

I was going to write a whole thing because that verb is so offensive in this context

But I'm just going to leave what Harry Butler wrote here
