I just hope it holds up on appeal. The Supreme Court has made it so that, to be convicted of bribery, you have to be caught on video being handed a big sack of money with a cartoon dollar sign on it while saying, “I am accepting this bribe for the express purpose of doing favors for you that involve an official act of my office.”
