Not today, Vladimir : ( We don't know how to tell you this, but the Trump White House is being vaguely mean to Russia right now. Whoa if true, right? They are swatting Russia on its bottom and saying "No dessert if you don't finish your peas, RUSSIA!" and "Just wait until your father comes home, RUSSIA!" We presume Donald Trump has already had a secret Bumble chat with Vladimir Putin to explain why he has to do these things we're going to tell you about right now.
Maybe we can have someone draft up a five-page document that's actually a combination confession and letter of resignation and slip it in a pile of other things Trump has to sign....
I hold no brief for the corrupt and murderous Putin regime, and Trump's toadying is dangerous. But folks, maybe, just maybe, a nation that is constantly interfering in the internal politics of other countries shouldn't be quite so surprised an other country dares to interfere in theirs.
Considering the number of democratically electected gov'ts that have been overthrown by direct and indirect intervention by the U.S. this Russian fuckery should be somewhat amusing. It's not of course, because it shows that many very important US institutions and gov't agencies are basically flailing around. Scary, scary times.
This is one of those issues that doesn't seem to have black-and-white sides.
Idealistically, and as a human being, I am entirely against torture, murder, bombs, wars, etc.
Pragmatically I realize that the other side is going to do it and we need to defend ourselves. In a way I suppose I want people willing to do what's necessary, though I may not want to know about it.
I don't think the torture worked and the cover up was clearly dishonest, but as you say anyone else who is qualified may have also done some really bad things.
Oh, noodles, I tried to read this, but the stupid made my head hurt. This is not Evan's fault. There is only so much even a clever fellow can do with this much rectal-cranial inversion for material.
I wonder if this is part of that infamous suicide pact between Mnuchin, Mattis, and Tillerson. Maybe as a way to support him (especially since he basically got fired over saying Russia did it) or maybe even as a way to get quit-fired. Very interesting timing!
Name five times the US has overthrown a democratically elected government *this century*. Not waged war and that led to a new government. I don’t want to hear about Allende, or Patrice Lumumba. And none of this “indirectly overthrew“. Go.
Promise?

A Canadian agent resembling Justin Trudeau would also be acceptable.

Living in DFW for the past 15 years with the frequent power outages I can see why Putin hasn't bothered.
Meanwhile Trump has just sawed that limb off the tree, Bugs Bunny style.
why isn't this getting more coverage?

Lady, you don't want Trump. He isn't paper trained.
Or trainable.
Trump thinks the tree will fall over and the limb will hang in there just fine.

I'll believe in the Russian sanctions when Mueller pries Putin's cock from the Taint's cold,...(can't finish, commenting rules and all that.)

tbh at this point, would the pee tape even affect him

Waging war isn't political interference? News to me.
