If you are anything like us, you have recently been wondering what happened to the plan by the House’s Rabid Ferret Caucus to sue the bejesus out of President Obama for moving around some deadlines to implement parts of the Affordable Care Act. (And if you are like us and have been wondering that, try to get out more.)

tl;dr: Maybe SCOTUS will do their actual job, and follow legal precedent and practice. But maybe they&#039;ll continue to be the partisan dickheads we&#039;ve come to expect. Stay tuned for more goat rodeo action.
They&#039;re just waiting to take back the Senate, after which we can look forward to 2 years of no judges being confirmed, no bills of any substance being sent up for signing, and nonstop impeachment proceedings. It will be stall stall stall til 2016.
Note to Dems: next time there is a CENSUS YEAR with REDISTRICTING, please do not book a 10 month vacation in HuhWhatland.
