The measles outbreak that started at Disneyland in late December has been spreading; most recently, it's hit Huntington Beach High School in Orange County, where 24 unvaccinated students have been told to stay home from school after an infected classmate exposed the school to the disease. Thanks a lot, paranoids who don't want their precious angels exposed to the imaginary threats of vaccines! Now they're exposed tot he very real threats of infectious diseases that should have been eradicated decades ago.
Everybody knows that there is only an extremely minuscule chance that kids will become infected with the disease if their parents don't get them vaccinated. It is also common knowledge that getting the vaccination just about guarantees that the kid will become autistic or suffer brain damage. Knowledgeable authorities on the subject such as Jenny McCarthy and Michele Bachmann have said so. Why is this so hard to understand????
What's up with that headline?! All OC high schoolers have measles now! Really? Wow, talk about hyperbole. Not even close. Isn't there some ethical responsibility to get a headline right? Also, how do you know the kid spreading the disease was not vaccinated and perhaps spreading the live virus to fellow students? I guess that doesn't matter to the Wonkette which thinks we should listen to Doktor Zoom, because it almost sounds like he is a real doctor. The Wonkette is just plain Wacky.
I know _generally_ it hasn't worked out super well when a nation decides that a group of people is undesirable and forcibly removes them to isolated camps....but doesn't this seem like the perfect group of people to try it again with?
I've been thinking about this, and it seems to me that Jenny McCarthy's kid may not have autism anyway. He's her kid, so he could just be . . . Special.
West DeNile virus?
Bah!

... fundagelical churches, teevee preacher-grifters...
Annoyed. At least I assume so from the way they scratch at their crotches.
Same net effect.
Autism correlates with French fries just as well as it does with vaccines.

They're entitled to a prick, awright-- from a vax needle!
"If you have a vaginal mesh, call Shmith & Shamwow, Attorneysh At Law, A-SH-A-P"
"I'm concerned that vaccinating my child will cause him to develop a brain defect."
It may already be too late, because "your child"
