While I don't agree with the manner in which law enforcement handled the armed take-over of federal lands ... I mean allowing shipments, travel, running water, electricity, cell and internet service? This was a luxury tax payer funded camping trip for these guys.
I certainly wouldn't have let them travel in and out of the refuge (I can only imagine how many artifacts were stolen and sold) and I certainly wouldn't have let their stay be a comfy one with hot showevers, beds, heat, and electricity ... that being said ... what they did was create a honey pot.
The let people come and go. I'm sure they have identified most of those. Those they didn't I'm sure bragged about it through youtube uploads or social media posts.
In a nutshell, they let these guys congregate and record all of their felonious activities. Breaking into federal buildings. Stealing federal resources. Accessing federal computers. Accessing federal records. Vandalizing federal/public property. Destroying federal property. Conspiring to steal/damage/vandalize public property ... and kill or injure federal officials ... and almost all of it was recorded by the felons themselves.
The FBI and the any state's attorney do not need to make a case or do much of an investigation. They have "binders full of people" that recorded their own crimes or recorded those that were complicit in those crimes.
Now that the only people apparently left are a few kids and lubed up sumo man, I hope someone provides comfort to the most vulnerable members of camp shootyfreedombang.
There are hundreds of unburned and apparently orphaned dildos left lying around a nature preserve. WONT SOMEONE THINK ABOUT THE DILDOS.
But in light of recent events I did not foresee ... I am going to have to send a refuge employee an apology letter.
During my stroke of brilliance that I hoped to go viral ... I decided to spend 15 bucks and send a militant squatter a fresh cow pie.
