I understand that Susan Collins is concerned [stage 2-slight brow furrowing, lips pursed].

Susan Collins will never learn

"Perhaps Susan Collins has learned her lesson." Not bloody likely.

Keep seeing vids by people calling for escalation.

I wonder how much of it is genuine and how much is GQP MAGAt astroturfing to provide a pretext for further bad acts.

I mean, yes, incandescent rage seems appropriate, but openly advocating for escalation seems beyond the pale, as it plays into the hands of the orange rapist and his ruzzian master.

Ta, Dok. By now we should have Medicare For All, but we still have Senators and Reps who pretend it's all okay, because *they* have *theirs.*

Susan Collins learning any lesson is laughable.

Haven't you seen how deeply her brow is furrowed? She is VERY CONCERNED!

I’m not holding my breath. We’ll see whether they stick to their guns. We are voters and we are watching.

"Hilariously, the New York Times initially headlined its story on the vote “House Passes Doomed Bill to Restore ACA Subsidies” before going with the marginally less dour “House Votes to Restore Health Subsidies, Raising Hopes of a Deal.”"

OMF-in'G, NYT, are you intentionally trying to be the National Enquirer from the '80s?!?

So my "representative", Kevin Kiley, was championing an extension of the ACA tax credits for 3 years.

Guess who did not support extending the ACA tax credits for 3 years, or any years?

Yeah, that fucking guy.

I'm glad he's about to get gerrymandered out of his seat, useless little shit.

“We’re going to reduce health care by a lot." Hey, give Trump credit. When he's right he's right.

BTW, Chris Norland is my go to for news on YouTube. He’s American and lives in South Korea now. He’s been a professor, lived in several countries. He presents trustworthy sources and encourages his audience to check it out themselves, etc. His audience is international, with a lot of Americans. Anyway, he is the only person I’ve found on YouTube that presents important, in depth, credible news from Asia regarding the Trump administration.

I will never understand these assholes' obsession with abortion. "I'm going to make sure no one can get treatment or have health insurance because they might do something I don't approve of." Go fuck yourself, asshole. No one fucking asked you to approve of everybody's fucking medical issues.

I am so furious now about everything, because we've let idiots be in charge of shit they simply cannot and will not understand.

it's xian rectitude taken to its logical conclusion.

Xians think that their belief gives them the right to arbitrate everyone else's behavior, and this is a particularly effective means - they can claim the moral high ground, claim they're saving baybeez, and at the same time get satisfaction for cruelly punishing women for enjoying sex.

It's vile, but it's inherent in the creed.

Like everything else when it comes to right-wingers, it's about hurting people they think deserve it.

This is all well and good for now. But the real damage is coming down the road when the republicans Big Batshit Bill takes effect.
