Here in Kentucky aka the heroin capital of the world ( a title it shares with neighboring west Virginia), I work in the ER and in the past four years every *single* heroin OD has been a white person. Every single one. So yeah, idk what race the dealers are but I also know nobody is forcing these people to buy heroin
Assuming that no one comes up with a third party campaign (I'm looking at you, Bruce) , I think that Mills should only refer to him as "that fat old dumbass drunk" every time she has to mention him..
Let's hope Maine voters have the same reaction to a return of LePage that Arizona voters had to the return of Arpaio. Not even Republicans could stomach him - he didn't make it out of the primary. https://www.nytimes.com/202...
I don't think that's necessarily true. Thinking about my former neighbors downeast, most were from different parts of Maine but had settled in that place.
Quibble: UMPI isn't a satellite campus; it's a standalone university in the UMaine System. Machias is in a primary partnership with Orono as a way of keeping the university from closing, and has merged its catalog and administration. That's unique in the system, though. (UMA has satellite campuses in Bangor and Lewiston.) The others (UMF, USM, UMFK, Maine Law) are independent universities in a system.
I don’t think that’s true. Rank Choice is a good thing.
That man is not well.

"That man is not well decent"
Stop calling racism and greed an illness. It's a philosophy and a choice.

"LePage also blocked efforts to promote green energy, suggesting that wind turbines actually have "a little electric motor that turns the blades,"
This broke my brain.

Yeah, this Phoenix resident remembers partying like it was 1999 when that loser asshole lost.
I'm wrinkling my brow.
Boo on those candidates that split the vote and got that man elected, twice.
I do _not_ want to see whatever it is you're going to pull out of your hat.
I don't care if that trick works or not.
Trump worthy.
I stand corrected. You are right--he has free will and has freely chosen to be an unrepentant asshole lacking decency, integrity, and accountability.
I totally agree. Republicans like LePage don't govern by consensus or care about "bipartisanship," and they feed their base.

It had to have been. New country, harsh weather!
