I'm really sick of the whole herd of GOP swine in Congress. Gutless, lying, hypocritical, greedy, self-serving, self-righteous traitors who would be lined up against a wall and shot if this were George Washington's America.
I seem to recall that under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (which has been around in some form since the 1930's), that failure to register is a crime that allows for up to 5 years in the federal hooscow. However, there have only been something like 7 people ever prosecuted under the statute. Apparently, they find it easier to slap a civil penalty or fine on the person with a stern warning of "don't do this again". But even with the retroactive filings, I wonder if Mueller could still have Flynn and Manafort charged, or at least use that as leverage?
You don't need to apologize. I truly think the mansplainers are in an increasing minority--most men are strong and secure enough to understand that everyone has something to offer and the more the better. I think most of us recognize that most men, like you, are decent and smart. But thank you!
