Yeah, but creating and permitting a hostile work environment are both about deeds, this is purely about whether Lisa Jackson is able to sue on those counts. I guess it&#039;s the unionist* soshulist bleeding-heart liberal commie in me, but I know I couldn&#039;t stand to work in an environment like the complaint describes, whether the discriminatory comments were directed at me, my supervisees or merely my work peers, and would consider being forced to quit by such a toxic environment a wrongful constructive dismissal**.
