SER, thank you for the “oops, wrong video”. Serves as a very clear reminder.

How do you actually remove a Fetterman? He's 7 ft tall and weighs 400 lbs. Does the PA lege have ceremonial battleaxes or something?

And what happens tomorrow, when a judge tells them they can't remove the Lt. Governor and must seat Brewster?

Lin-Manuel Miranda gonna have to write a whole new musical now.

This must be so stressful for you. I wish you better times in 2021, and smarter colleagues.

They do not care about tomorrow. The point is to make the stunt today. And make it public. Get it in people's heads that "something" was fishing and this Dem person is not quite legit.

All the GOP has left is cheating. Expect more of it.

It's not just Trump, they are all doing it. They are all in on the coup game.

They undermine the very concept and legitimacy of "governance" while doing so. Of course, their followers will accept credibility of governance anyway as long as it's one of their own in power. Not only that, there's no indication that they will suffer any serious consequences from all of this, so that's why they keep right on pulling off coup attempts.

Every fucking Republican up and down the ballot forever has to pay for this bullshit.

A busy Pennsylvanian who somehow missed this kerfluffle. The prospect of fighting this new wrinkle in voter suppression temporarily exhausts me.

However, I take some comfort in the fact that they couldn’t keep us from the polls this time, so now must resort to trying to keep our votes from being counted. Progress?

Vote them all out.

The way all this is going down makes me wonder if there was a GOP seminar last spring. Maybe there's a secret ALEC newsletter about it? An election challenge kit they can pick up from a guy hiding in a bathroom stall somewhere?

He's 6' 9" and weighs something like 270, ever since he lost -- no kidding -- 150 pounds, by cutting out carbs. The man is enormous. And when he was a kid, he could bench-press 400 pounds.
