I cannot say anything about Mick Mulvaney without violating the Commenting Rules for Radishes or the old adage about not saying anything if you can't say something nice. Instead I'm going to make voodoo doll of the spiteful fuckhead, coat in it peanut butter and give it to my neighbor's German Shepard.

One of my classmates my freshman year of high school died suddenly of complications from undiagnosed diabetes. He was one of the skinniest people I knew, which at the time was really saying something.

My psycho nurse aunt tells me that you can't cure stupid, but you can sedate it.

No shit. I cooked fast food as a kid. I never tampered with any food, but I was a spotty, mouth-breathing teen-ager with suspect personal hygiene. And I was handling food. Imagine someone like me with no moral compass, i.e., most spotty teenagers. That is NOT clean food.

I like how his thinking on this is money-based. They make so much money that they would be sued out of business if their food was dangerous, so it must be safe!

Libertarian supplement: "They were too weak to avoid being slaves, so they deserved to be slaves!"

How long till there are higher premiums for people who exercise regularly? On account of how they're using up their vital star power and risking injury?

And this is the man who called a pageant too fat.

Fat only matters on women. Example: "King of Queens."

No, no, the worst health care crime is being blah.

Oh, mental health is long, long gone with these fuckers. And of course substance abuse recovery treatment, because those addicts are just choosing to be addicts. In fact fat, obese LePage literally just floated a suggestion that addicts who OD should be charged for the Narcanon treatment that saves their lives. Because addicts should JUST DIE, that's the humane, American way!

I have type 2 diabetes. I don't eat very much at all and am underweight by my doctor's standards. I have diabetes because I have been taking care of myself. Antidepressants do tend to cause blood sugar spikes and blood sugar spikes are, in fact, diabetes. These idiots really need to have that liberal thing called "facts" before opening that conservative thing called their "cock holsters".
