Well, it looks like we can add <a href="http:\/\/www.latimes.com\/nation\/la-na-ferguson-grand-juror-suit-20150105-story.html" target="_blank">yet another ring to this circus</a>:

"A member of the grand jury that declined to indict Ferguson, MO police Officer Darren Wilson has filed a federal lawsuit against the prosecutor handling the case, saying the public has been misled about the grand jury's deliberations."

Sadly, no mention of the grand jury itself being misled -- <i>that</i> would really have been a hoot.

I have 3 white sons (and one white daughter, but she knows better) and I have had my own version of "the talk" with each of them that a not insignificant minority of police are dicks who went into law enforcement to be full-time dicks, some are criminals, some have roid rage, some were not competent to enter the armed forces or many other pursuits, and have all, if not more of human faults. Would I be more worried if my sons were black? Absolutely. But after 30 years or "law and order" politics, everyone should fear the current police state.
