A) The work necessary to convert the plane to military specs and White House specs would easily cost over a billion dollars. Thank the gods we got rid of all those programs for the poor so we can afford that.
2) That to get people with both the expertise to do the this work and the security clearances to do the work is not easy. You would almost certainly have to pull people off their work on the actual Air Force One planes to have them work on Emoluments One, slowing down work on both planes.
III) Maybe someone should point out to the proven rapist Trump that taking a second hand plane from a dictator really doesn't make you look like the all powerful dictator you want to be?
d) Again, despite the stupidity of John Roberts' decision on Presidential Immunity, taking a bribe in violation of the Emoluments Clause of the Constitution is not a "core presidential power."
