Probably lied about that too. Politifact is loathed on the Right for upholding the premise that there is observable fact in the world that can be weighed, measured, and rated either "Pinocchio Tire Fire" or "Yeah We Guess, With Nitpicks Because HOLY SHIT Are We Nitpickers." On the Left, it is usually cited as a neutral, impartial arbiter, with occasional bitching about how it has been beaten around the head and the body by the Right until it cries rightwing drunk uncle and gives them everything they want,
Definite cheap shot. It's unlikely Clinton was being deliberately misleading. But then I've pretty much grown used to these fact check sites leaping on any any and every incorrect statement by a Democrat to "balance out" the 630 bald-faced lies by Republicans they had to fact check this week.
Of course, if Bernie (and Jill Stein) had just put their egos aside and supported Hillary we would have a sane President. And an extremely well qualified one, with a cool temperament.
A casualty is a soldier who cannot do the work of a soldier -- so it's a term that's useful only to determine how many functioning soldiers you have. Thus, a soldier who is too injured to fight is a casualty; so is a soldier who is too ill to fight, or a soldier who has been captured. In non-military situations, the term "casualty" doesn't really have much meaning.
I'm not sure if that helps or it's just me being persnickety.
Reading Vince Foster's suicide note is very sobering. He nailed it--the "travelgate" episode involved a very mismanaged travel office that was giving travel perks to the beltway press and they very much resented the Clintons for ending it.The last of Foster's words:
The FBI lied in their report to the AG The press is covering up the illegal benefits they received from the travel staff The GOP has lied and misrepresented its knowledge and role and covered up a prior investigation The Ushers Office plotted to have excessive costs incurred, taking advantage of Kaki and HRC The public will never believe the innocence of the Clintons and their loyal staff The WSJ editors lie without consequence I was not meant for the job or the spotlight of public life in Washington. Here ruining people is considered sport.
Let's not forget when he got off Air Force One and "lost" the limo waiting at the bottom of the steps for him.
Finally, a dick pic Samantha Bee can approve of.
A great clip is a chain of unisex hair salons, and a great magazine is MAD.

The only way Repubs can "win" arguments is by playing word games and redefining what words mean.
Clinton made a mistake by leaving out "or injured." A mistake is not a lie. That's why there are two different words for the situation.
