I am an old and I proudly still have a landline, and will have one til they quit having them or I die, whichever comes first. I hate talking to people on my cellphone, or with people on their cels when I am on my land line. Cell phones make everyone sound like they're talking from the bottom of a well, and there's also the pesky delay thing where you get to talk over each other. My landline is crisp, clear, and no delay(unless I'm talking to someone using a cell phone.)
