What you are hearing about the FBI investigation is exactly that, rumors. The media is being spun by multiple people with agenda's. Trump, Republican Senators and even Democrats. That's why the story about the FBI investigations are all over the map.

As for Kavanaugh, he's far too toxic to go forward. McConnell doesn't have the votes to confirm him which is why he's claiming he does. That's a bluff and Lisa Murkowski and Susan Collins have both called his bluff. Murkoswki used that exact word, bluff, in an interview and Susan Collins was standing next to her saying "good answer".

McConnell can afford to lose 1 Republican vote but he can't lose 2 much less the 3 possibly 4 who are holding out for extending the FBI investigation.

More people that have known Kavanaugh have come out saying he shouldn't be confirmed and the FBI's expanding investigation will find a lot more dirt on Kavanaugh that go beyond just under aged drinking and sexual assaults.

I honestly don't think he was making it up, but who knows? I am sure it is well hidden as you say, in side of many shell companies.

I tried to find out if he owns a house with someone, and all I got was a Google Earth picture of what looked like a house in Washington.

I don't believe in outing people either, but I'm sure his political opponents have combed through his shredded trash. I think he's really good at covering it up.

I don't believe in outing people and I debated sharing this. But, if they are actively harming people as he is, it sorely tests my conscience. If this is accurate, it seems like the house ownership would be a paper trail.

No, it can't.

You might want to look at Archie Parnell in South Caolina's 5th District. He almost beat Ralph Norman for Mick Mulvaney's seat with no Democratic help in a special election in 2017 in a district Trump and Mulvaney won by wide margins.

Parnell's ahead in the polls and has a good chance of beating Norman this time.

Getting involved in campaigns and issues is a lot more fun than people realize. Good luck!

I helped run a campaign in 1976 that made history, (not Jimmy Carter) but after that got involved with building a business. Over the years I donated to Democratic candidates but didn't get personally involved.

Trump changed that. I got off my ass and tried to help Jon Ossoff take Georgia's 6th District where I live. That didn't work out.

Then I moved to Alabama where I grew up for two months to help the Doug Jones campaign. That worked out better.

For all those like me who've been sitting on the sidelines cheering on but not getting involved let me say that I forgot how much fun it can be. I had a lot of fun in 1976 and a lot of fun working with the other campaigns since 2017.

Vote but help get others to vote. You'll be glad you did and meet a lot of good people.

Cheer up they aren't getting away with it again. Kavanaugh's toast.

Mitch McConnell's bluffing when he says they'll vote this week and he has the votes. He does not have the votes or even control of the situation.

I assumed Lindsey probably had a long term boyfriend, who probably worked for him, or someone he could plausibly explain why he spent so much time with. It's funny, because I've never heard who his lover might be. I think Republicans keep a pretty tight lid on it.

My guess is that many in the "undecided"camp can't be bothered to get informed OR vote. It's what they say to cover their lazy ass if asked for their opinion. I am a bitter cynic, though. That has definitely been decided.
