This case confuses me. Why didn't the judge assign a forensic accountant or three to report back to the court on his wealth and assets? Why isn't he in jail? Why is he continuing to slander the two women he tortured with hateful enraged right wing wingnuts, with no repercussions? Why are people like him, found guilty or found liable, not forced to hand over at least part of their wealth?

This is Rudy Colludy we're talking about. What does he have on the judge? Is the judge just that bad at handing down justice?

I DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS AND I HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS. This is not justice!

Which completely serves him right.

His misfortunes are insufficient to constitute poetic justice.

Seven, seven times he said tits, one, two , three, four, five, six, and seven. Tits seven times!

I am getting really sick of this guy and Alex Jones, too. I do NOT understand how "civil forfeiture" laws allow citizens to lose cars and even houses -- a principle affirmed just this week by our utterly corrupt SCOTUS -- even when they are never even charged with a crime, but those two shits get endless leeway to live high on the hog, while blowing off bankruptcy courts and openly giving the middle finger to their victims.

As far as I'm concerned, the two of them should be locked together in a room and searched, with every single thing of value on their person -- cash, watches, rings -- taken from them. That's the first step. The next is to freeze every single liquid asset with their names on it (and if other names are on any of them, too fucking bad for them) and drain every penny. Then seize and liquidate their real property.

And if they offer the least resistance, foot-dragging or delay in producing any document or any other thing demanded by the court, lock their flabby asses up until that thing is produced.

Fuck the two of them. They need to be made to suffer for the sufferings they've caused.

It is WILD (and insanely frustrating) that you can apparently owe massive judgements without having to change your lifestyle at all (if you're a republican, they let you do it). I agree with you whole heartedly – fuck them and take them for every penny they got.

Bring back debtor's prison. Pick a number. I say $100,000,000. If you owe that or more and can't secure a bond to make the victims whole then it's off to the hole.
