I've worked in factories that have kept unused equipment sitting around for years on end. (They weren't good factories.) So what I want to know is this:
Where are the machines going? Turning them off and locking them out is enough for their fuckery. Why straight-up remove them from locations? To Sell them for scrap? To trade them to countries with functional governments?
The remote sorting isn't really all that new; it just seems to have been ramped up. Over ten years ago my parents were complaining that mail collected in Yuma had to go to Phoenix and be returned for local delivery. Of course I'm an old and wondered what happened to post office collection boxes marked "local."
Do any of you know how much it costs to run elections the normal way, with polling places and voting machines and poll workers? It costs a small fortune and is a BIG line-item in a county's budget. Voting by mail is much cheaper, even if the counties have to pay full postage costs.
I used to work in my local County Clerk's office, where I worked for the County Court which managed the budget. It costs a lot of money to run an election. There is no agency which tabulates these costs state-wide or nation-wide, for some reason. The costs fall squarely on the counties, with some help from the states, but the federal government does not contribute to this expense.
We have one up the street that has totally gone to outdoor seating. I don't eat there because it's priced for tourists, not locals, but it's worked for them.

That nice young man needs to file for parental emancipation right now.

Isn't interfering with the mail a federal offense? Shouldn't the President be charged?
Heavy R area, Tri-Cities, right?
Penis libelz!
If possible, use an official ballot drop box. Do not trust the Dump's illicit USPS chicanery.
that is why John Roberts was the judge for the Impeachment trial.
