Then, divide everything among the state legislatures and courtrooms so that there's lots of little fires.2) Make propaganda efforts stress the existence of "silent majority" or "embarrassed voters", so that when the vote seems closer than it actually is (because of trickeration), it doesn't appear to be that much of a stretch (narrow margins in a few districts, polls were right but the votes were wrong, etc.).3) Crime it up in the daylight. Make them mop up the crimes after the damage is done, and make it so brazen that folks will be shocked at the overt moxie of the operation.4) Mobilize reactionary cells to foster violence, and let sympathetic actors embedded in legitimized forces do the dirty work on the streets.
