Bill Clinton was a Rhodes Scholar. Bill Clinton also presided over the best economy the country's ever seen, by RAISING taxes on the rich. W was quite the downgrade, and apparently Republicans didn't think he brought the stupid QUITE HARD ENOUGH. They tried to up the stupid with Sarah Palin and failed, went pure shitty ideology with Romney and Ryan and failed, then went GODDAMN PASTE-EATING MORON OR BUST with Trump.

I still lean towards Reagan as the worst. He was racist, stupid, and corrupt. He had his own pandemic to ignore and did an even worse job at it.

He also started 'trickle down' economics and really started the 'government is the enemy' belief.

There were so many bad things, it would take forever to list them all.
