There's nice, snug cloth masks one can buy or make and one can make sanitizer with alcohol and a bit of aloe gel. Alcohol-alone in a small spray mist bottle is also good. Spritz those hands and surfaces!
Since most who are blatantly violating these containment measure are wingnuts, they're only hurting their evil cause in the long run because those who know better are taking precautions so it's harder to catch or spread.
