Back when there were post offices with 24-hour windows, they would give you Aprili 15 so long as you were in line before midnight. Kind of like being in line to vote as election day ends. (Of course, this was in an anarchist city where there are no laws.)

I've never heard of the IRS taking the trouble to look at millions of postmarks, actually. Maybe later in the month, when the volume drops off, and the odds favor finding late mailings.

I hope Biden's Justice Department goes after jokers like this. Richard Hopkins committed perjury when he signed that affidavit. Whoever at Project Veritas wrote the affidavit suborned perjury.

Lock them up. They keep doing this bullshit because the only consequence they face is being temporarily embarrassed when they get caught.

They better go to jail. Everything this guy and Veritas did is a felony.

For many of us, that may very well be true. High IQ gets you shown the door at Police Academy.

They actually did get indicted.

'Keefe's Project Veritas (Latin for Not so truthy really)...

I always thought it was Latin for "lying little shit."

He did it because he wanted them to fix reality to meet his perception. https://uploads.disquscdn.c...

And those inspectors are (very!!) real cops. If their questioning seems to be heating up, get a damn lawyer!!

Or "science," for that matter.

I can't tell you how many times this scene has come to mind in the past month or so.

I'm sure I've mentioned this in the past, but USPS inspectors are relentless,. Whenever some poor sap was in the front office with inspectors, everyone was thinking "may god have mercy on their soul."

How much money did they promise to pay him and then not paying him?
