Again I find myself wishing for a large scale vomit emoji button. Sad weak poop from Florida.

How can people vote for this shit?

He did you a favor. The middle seat is the absolute worst.

Eventually, no one but straight white christianist men will be allowed to speak in public at all.

CRT, to our right-wing ghouls, evidently means "any mention of race whatsoever." To find a more dystopian image than the one this article conjures, we would need to look to the hideous book-burnings of the 1930s in Germany, or (in fiction) to the way knowledge is abused by Big Brother and The Party in Orwell's 1984. What the American Right wants is to reduce the coming generation's ability to think critically about anything at all -- exactly the purpose of Newspeak's ever-dwindling vocabulary. Language coming from the throat, not from the speaker's mind.

And DeSantis wants to bet President. What gets me is the people freaking out over mentions of race are probably far too old to have children. Isn't Florida the land of the retired?

I often wonder what we are doing today that will seem positively horrible to people two hundred years from now. Quite a bit, I should think. But cheer up, perhaps in 200 years there won't be any people left alive. It's trending that way.
