Don't sugarcoat it. Tell is what you really think about Collins.

I’m for codifying a ‘Ron Johnson’ as the official unit of stupidity in the Senate as outlined here by Evan. What’s the exchange rate though? Is a Susan Collins 2 Ron Johnsons? How many Gohmerts is that or is he the standard unit in the House?

Why does she even bother with this act anymore? Everyone knows she’s full of shit, it doesn’t matter how full of shit she is, she’s going to hold onto that seat as long as she wants it. This act doesn’t get her more power, it doesn’t seem to be monetizable. I guess it gives her attention from lazy beltway media hacks that want a “moderate” voice to give them an opinion for their lazy garbage articles, tweets, and posts. Yeah, I guess that’s it.

Because her constituents are a bunch of rubes and fall for her shtick every single time

I don’t think she even needs the shtick to get elected. It’s so tired and transparent. I think the majority of Mainers just don’t care.

Susan Collins is more disingenuous than the Johnson, but she’s not as stupid. I think she’s 0.43 rojos of stupid.

I can't believe we're about to lose Roe. And all because stupid people and Russherns somehow elected a thrice married, rapey, pussy grabbing idiot who has probably caused more abortions than he can count on his tiny, fat fingers.

And let us not forget to thank Bitch MConnell and his gleeful ghouls of Republican cohorts who effectively ratfucked Obama out of a rightful SCOTUS seat. May he forever roast in the deepest and most fiery pit of Hades.

Fuck Susan with the rage of ten thousand pissed-off vote-bearing Maine lobsters.

A wise Mainer would say of Susan Collins that "She's dumber'n a hake." Unfortunately there weren't enough wise Mainers who went to the polls in the last senatorial election.

What was the point of the embarrassing Kegs Cavanaugh assault inquiry if it didn’t matter how “credible” the allegation was? Christine Blasey Ford was more than just credible, she was the face of bravery and what it looks like when someone rips open a wound that has festered for decades. Brett Cavanaugh did assault her when they were teens. That’s horrible, but it’s actually not what’s most tragic about this whole thing. He knows he did what she described in agonizing detail. With humility and remorse out of the question, he knew a calm rebuttal wouldn’t do. He had to be theatrical. He had to be so infuriated that the 17-year-old Brett could jeopardize his career ambitions that it would eclipse her own testimony. Hers was real. Hers was human and raw. His was a performance, and an ugly one at that. So, when I see his smiling face depicted in his Supreme Court photo, I’m revulsed. His appointment is a silent acknowledgment that some mistakes, such as his drunken assault as a teen, are forgivable. I’m not even sure that’s incorrect, as not every shameful act or even violent act as a young person should render that adult unfit for a high office, assuming that person has accepted responsibility, made amends, learned and grown. But the tragedy is, he didn’t accept responsibility, he buried it deep down and lied and lied and denied that woman the small measure of redemption and healing she deserved. His grieved performance was disgusting. He had too much to protect to lay bare his soul and accept his fate. And now he issues judgment upon us with immeasurable power and weight. It’s a stain on our entire system and society. The grotesque charade displayed by the GOP is another matter, also horrifying and embarrassing. Finally, the sole witness and co-assaulter refused to testify. His own cowardice makes my stomach turn. He knew he could confirm the entire tragedy and grant Ford the dignity she deserved, but he scurried away and hid from the world. We should be disgusted by our own standards for what we will accept and overlook when the truth is inconvenient.
