That is the Corporate Welfare right there.They do not pay enough for people to live off so the Gubmnt has to subsidise people with food stamps, that they spend at the cheapest place they can, who are paying lower than subsistence wages, where the 'employees' only don't starve because of the food stamps.If it wasn't for those food stamps, no-one could afford to work at Walmart, they would starve.

What worries me is if the Latino population that is rapidly overtaking what they refer to as "Anglos" in Texas and other states go for the same crazy fundamentalism down the road.....Ted Cruz and Rubio suggest it may happen

Yeah, I've been hearing stories. The Evangelicals are actively recruiting proselytising in Latin America, and having great success. Perhaps they don't feel the Catholic Church cares much about them these days. I wonder, though, if they'd be a comfortable fit with the you're-poor-cuz-God-hates-you flavour of evangelism one finds in the US?
