There's someone running that account, either personally or at the end of bot arms. And that account is pooping out random dog eggs that the loonysphere is gathering up and treating like diamonds.

The rest of what you say I rate as 'Super Likely'.

We need new words for different types of "suicide." I don't think anyone who has terminal cancer who actually does kill themselves is "committing suicide." We do have "Death With Dignity" in some states, but that is not a universally-accepted medical or psychiatric term as yet.

In my personal opinion, if you have a terminal diagnosis, then effectively you are already pretty much "dead", you are merely taking control of the situation by adjusting the date of your decease by killing yourself slightly in advance of the time your disease would do it. We have no control over when we are born, but I think we do have a right to decide when we shall die if our body has decided it can no longer support us.

This should also apply to adults who do not have an immediate terminal diagnosis, but who have a medical condition which renders life unendurable to them personally, such as quadriplegia, or advancing Parkinson's, or diagnosed Alzheimer's, or ALS, or a number of other medical conditions that are incurable but which progress slowly and end in death after years of suffering for both the patient and their families.

But we continue to lump these situations under the term "suicide" which means that our life insurance won't pay out if we kill ourselves in a state that does not legally recognize "Death With Dignity" and which has forced insurance policies to pay out if a person chooses that option.

I believe that once we are born, we all have a "right to life", but we also have a "right to death" if we find life unendurable due to incurable pain and suffering, whatever it might be that causes that pain and suffering. We just need a new word to define the decision to take an action to end that pain and suffering. "Suicide" is not the right word as it carries heavy historical, religious, legal and social baggage along with it.

In Garrison's case, an easy mistake to make, though God on Trump's speedo is the detail that goes just a bit too far. It's also not quite a perfect imitation of Garrison's style. I am amused by the insanity of his kitchen sink cartoons, where he makes McNaughton look like a slacker in terms of piling up the visual details like some rightwing Bill Elder in a conservative version of Mad Magazine.

Blockchain is when numerous individual crackpots each verify a conspiracy theory and build on it so that no one deep state disruptor can hijack it to put forth a false narrative.
