None of these asswipes will be the GOP veep. They are all toxic. Huckabee and Paul left before they became so untouchable that not even the Cato Institute would hire them.
But it's fun to speculate about who Rubio will choose. I'm guessing an older, putatively moderate white man ... is McCain available?
Carson will go soon. I think he's out of money. The others will hang in until the first big multistate primary - when is that? End of the month?
Then all the ones still in the low 2 digits will be under huge pressure to depart, releasing their delegates. Otherwise, with so many candidates collecting small batches of delegates, the released ones could be enough to make the convention interesting.
So I kind of hope the rest of the zombie parade hangs on til July.
