As he has been threatening to do for some time, Sen. Rand Paul (R-Dudebro) has filed a class-action lawsuit against the Obama Administration over the National Security Agency’s collection of phone metadata. We’re sure this action is motivated by a sincere and profound belief that the NSA program violates the Fourth Amendment and is in no way a grandstanding political tactic to shore up his libertarian credentials before 2016…HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

I read this and thought- wait, Romney won 37 states? Unpossible! Then I remembered what sort of states he won, and which ones Obama won, and then it all made sense.
I&#039;m not saying Rand Paul is wrong or some of his ideas aren&#039;t without merit, it&#039;s just that he is a piss poor advocate for them given his limited understanding of the legal issues involved.
And on that note, I&#039;m still not even sure how he ever got elected, so thanks for that, Kentucky.
If he <strike>can&#039;t get accredited as an opthamologist</strike> loses the case, he will just form an alternate <strike>Accrediting Board</strike> court, with himself as <strike>chair</strike> judge. Then he can <strike>call himself &#039;Board Certified&#039;</strike> convict Obama.
