To be fair, they were correct. Stalin wasn't a Marxist.

But, where's the magic of the market? Was it all just pixie dust?

I guess it's still okay, just so long as it's someone else's taxes that are being raised and not mine.

It's not nearly as preznitial as our main man Louis Gohmert's, is it?

Evidence? They don't need no stinking evidence!! They have BELIEF, man, and that's all you need. Remember, IOKIYAR.

Kansas voters deserve what they get. They re-elected this chimp in (semi)human form. That said, I'm sure there must be one or two remaining colonies, probably meeting in root cellars, of decent, Democratic voters still in Kansas. For their sakes, yay, I guess?

The Kansas government is now small enough to drown in a bathtub.

He is shifting the budget shortfall (his failure!) to the relatively small number of people (wonketeers aside) who smoke and drink. It's now an important conservative principal that the few take on the burden of the many.

I would like to see herds of bison from Nebraska to Oklahoma and Missiouri to Colorado and especially in Sammie B's back yard.

I love "sin" taxes on alcohol & cigs. Sure, most people who drink won't quit but they may drive to other states to buy their booze in bulk and maybe the even higher cigeratte prices will encourage people to quit smoking for good. All of which may flush the state budget further down the hole. It'll be even more fun if there are Native American reservations in state that can sell tobacco tax free.

Psst!!! Governor Brownback, you have to something that attracts people to your state in order to "grow" your economy. No income tax means fuck all if there aren't any jobs and I don't see Kansas as a magnet for millionaries yearning to live free on the prairie.
