Well, see, it's "usurpation", "lawlessness" and "aggrandizement" when <b>Obama</b> does it. That is probably a special Republican version of the thesaurus.

But he got his final wishes officially set in the record on his way back to civilian life: MORE IMPEACHMENTS FOR BETTER GOVERNMENT! I read that as "bitter government." With folks like this in Congress, it's appropriate either way.
