Desperately poor RWNJs can always fall back on their whiteness to bolster their self esteem. But to insure ideological purity they should refuse to buy health insurance, use food stamps and have no truck at all with any of these Build Back Better agenda items. Only then will I believe they are serious people with serious convictions. (Aside from their convictions for petty crimes, drug use and drunk and disorderly incidents.)

There are Medicare Advantage plans that cover home health care with no copay now, if that's what you mean. And every year at least one major benefit is added. I think dental implants are this year's benefit.

I'm not relying on anything Manchin himself says, but rather on POTUS and the House and Senate leadership. I don't think they'd stick their neck out if they didn't think this was solid.
