Serious question: how would that work? Behind the scenes sub rosa whisper campaign, or what?

Meanwhile, wouldn’t he have *some* concerns, about his budget, or his legal exposure personally?

2nd question obvs, rhetorical, ‘cause bulletproof is the new "no one is above the law."

Has anybody taken a look at Jordan's and Meadows' stock portfolios? It would be irresponsible not to speculate.

I tried to google WTF to find a nice embroidery type image of those letters that would make a decent tatoo. Instead I found some truly disturbing photographs of weird piercings and rural couples and honestly, I will not make that mistake again. The stuff of nightmares.

Rep. Cummings, is there nothing that can be done about this? How can they subvert the work of Congress and get away with it?

And then the option when they get here, which they may (even if they know about it) is to get their children disappeared to MAYBE a better life than they might have had back home, all in aid of being a prop for The New Cruelty Regime? God, it makes me sick.

Poor guys. It's gotta be tough to run the entire House purely through obstruction for eight years, then find themselves with no power at all. What a shock to their poor, fragile Right-wing snowflake egos.

Rep. Cummings should counter this by telling the pharmaceutical companies that they can either A) voluntarily cooperate and answer some questions, or B) he can subpoena them and they can answer many, many more questions.

Refer a censure motion to the speaker would be a good start. Trouble is, they usually defer to the party leadership to police its own member's behavior, which is like whistling past the graveyard when it comes to this treasonous bunch.
