However, another thing that as far as I know has not been contested in court is whether a STATE can indict a sitting president. As Barbara Underwood and New York state are investigating the Trump Foundation, the Trump kids and Trump himself could be subject to prosecution. And that's not even counting what the SDNY discovers in the Cohen/Pecker fuckeries - which could lead to Trump as well.
