True that. The "indictable president" thing has never been contested in court. Nixon was named an "unindicted co-conspirator" but resigned before it came to determining if he could be indictable or not. Mueller's findings will just be a report to Congress due to DOJ policy. However, another thing that as far as I know has not been contested in court is whether a STATE can indict a sitting president. As Barbara Underwood and New York state are investigating the Trump Foundation, the Trump kids and Trump himself could be subject to prosecution. And that's not even counting what the SDNY discovers in the Cohen/Pecker fuckeries - which could lead to Trump as well.

Now that they know that the Russians can actually pull it off and get even an orange turd elected, they are fully on board. If they lose this one, they lose the ability to cover up their coordinated crimes and collusive cantankery. They have put themselves in the, cheat or die, position and they obviously have no problem with cheating.

While I would love to see Hair Furor and his evil clan sitting in prison for the rest of their natural lives, when this waking nightmare over and done with, I will settle for seeing the tRump Organization turned into a pile of shattered, smoking wreckage while tRump spends the last of his rubles fighting lawsuit after lawsuits.

Eeeeek! I'm not normally a grammar or semantics Nazi, but one thing that hits me like fingernails on a chalkboard (remember those?), is irregardless! Regardless already means without regard, so irregardless means without without regard, or with regard?

This is not meant to criticize you! It's just one of those things that sends shivers down my backbone.
