Round Top, TX has a population of 76 (last time I checked), but their 4th of July parade is YOOOGE! as it is the oldest such parade this side of the Mississippi--so people come from all over and it's not uncommon for the Gov. to be at the head of the parade in a midterm year (for that is when we elect our governors).
