I am watching the news and seeing Texans lined up for blocks to get water and food and videos of parents and children struggling to stay warm, even elderly homeless people out on the street. My heart goes out to you and yours.

Water, no, we are on a well and my guess is there's a pipe out there that is frozen. We've been melting snow and collecting rainwater. I'm crossing my fingers that it stays on so I can make a hot dinner. Stay safe out there!
I'm in San Antonio, and very, very lucky. My power has stayed on, and my water is still functioning. My sister has had bouts of no water, and her electricity has not been on for more than a hour or two daily since this started. There is a water system truck outside my house right now--which concerns me.
All the snow has melted around my house, so there is a fair amount of standing water that will freeze into ice tonight. More winter weather is expected from tonight through all of tomorrow. Gas stations, convenience stores, and grocery stores are either closed or have long lines and little to offer. I am in much better shape than many, and this is horrifying to me.
