It ain't like the super wealthy won't benefit from pre-K childcare when their workers can can work more, or a better internet system will get them more customers and lead-free drinking water will go a long way in creating a saner workforce. Simena's constituents can prosper from the solar grid and Manchin's will need the help when it comes to transitioning from coal.
