Well, if she's shouty and angry during sammich-making, how am I supposed to hear the NASCAR announcer?

McCain seems to embody the puerile, empathy-starved, self-centered Republican attitude:

"If it doesn't directly speak to *me,* why should I care?"

I do not have, nor will I have children, but I want good public schools, hungry children to be safe and fed, etc. Nobody has to "reach out" to me, specifically, to get me to support these issues and the politicians who care about them. (And I say this as a very flawed person; it doesn't take a paragon of virtue to understand these concepts).

Many Democratic platforms organically, though not specifically, reach across the aisle. Clean air and water, good schools and healthcare, economic opportunity, civil rights for all. These are Democratic priorities, but they do not discriminate as far as whom they will benefit.

Oh, maybe that's why R's aren't that into 'em... https://uploads.disquscdn.c...

So is my cousin, the woman next door, and the guy across the street. I suspect Trump is way down the list of intelligent and educated people.

The 2016 Republican primary debates spent so much time reaching out to undecided Democratic voters that I got sick listening to them.

Well, I'm not claiming Obama has super powers (I can't believe he hasn't even got a cameo in the Avengers franchise), but he had a single mojo power than prevented him from being impeached for wearing a tan suit. I think that same Obama mojo puts a cloak of protection on any Dem mugs you get. So, your mug might be safe regardless of how evil your kittehs are.

Every time Princess Meg the Moronic says or writes something, all I can think of is Peter Griffin from Family Guy. https://uploads.disquscdn.c...
