I'm old and I can tell you honestly that newspapers used to actually require that letters to the editor have full names, addresses, and a phone number; and if they were considering printing your letter they would actually confirm your existence before they did it. Internet anonymity needs to be throttled, but it's probably too late to put that genie back in the bottle.

Your idea would unfortunately make the internet into a hellscape of fascism and capitalism. Every product criticism would be sued, every call for justice would result in police targeting individuals in their homes, especially POC.
