I can’t imagine why 🙄

$43k a month, that's sickening and some fucked-up shit.

Rudy deserves to be put behind bars if he doesn’t pay those women. Is there a timeline? Rudy played a major role in people becoming addicted and dying during the Opioid crisis. I wish him the worst

Can’t we just starve him to death? WVOC.

He needs to be placed in Rikers until he complies with the Judges orders.

I can see Rudy's future: Living under the George Washington Bridge, wearing gogo boots, and waiting for Godot, but not even Vladimir there to keep him company. Probably cadging for dollars though.

I'm sure Chimpy Son filed the required IRS gift tax forms when Rudy gifted him those World Series rings. You did file, right, Chimpy? Because if you didn't, you have a choice between tax fraud and fraudulent transfer.

Choose wisely, grasshopper!

Freeman and Moss' lawyers have a supoena out to their account, Mazars, asking about this.

This is what will happen to all of Trump's stooges, they sell their soul to him and he discards them like garbage.

“we know a convertible is not a coupe, just let us have our little pun, okay?”

But it can be, Marcie! A 2-door with a retractable hard top, like the BMW 335i, is both! I had one (used) for about 3 years. Then my son was born, and I sold it. Another neat retractable hard top is the Mercedes Compressor SLK 250. Super tiny, with a wee motor, but it was fun when we lived in FL. That was a lifetime ago.

Rudy sucks. Why would anyone agree to represent that piece of trash.

He can't even spell his fucking name right on his own fucking GoFundMe.

I'll flip him a quarter if he does a little jig.

So if he owes the stuff, and they know where it is, and especially he's in arrears for the storage area and thus it is in danger of being the next lot on Storage Wars, can't they just go down there with a warrant and clean it out?

Expand full comment

Not immediately, but with court approval they can change the lock.

Expand full comment

not a NY or FL lawyer, but it's more complicated than that. nevertheless, let see those collection attorneys go for it!!!

And of course there's the storage company's likely lien for the $100K in back fees, which may or may not have priority over the judgment lien, and certainly would need to be litigated.

"His lawyers David Labkowski and Kenneth A. Caruso are now trying to quit, for reasons they would rather not disclose."

No reason for disclosure, IMO there can only be a few reasons:

* They are fed up with Giuliani's asshattery;

* They know they face sanctions if they don't prevent Rudy from hiding more assets;

* They think that they might face sanctions for not reeling Rudy in when he lies, bloviates, and continues to slander Ms Freeman and Ms Moss;

* Their client “insists [they] present[] [] claim[s] or defense that is not warranted under existing law and cannot be supported by good faith argument[.]” (The stock in trade for how the Sociopathic Marigold Swamp Monster's lawyers handle his cases.);

* They strongly suspect that Rudy will conceal more property/money/jewelry so he will not be able to continue paying their fees. (This attitude was reinforced by watching the Fulvous Flatulence stiff his attorneys when there wasn't enough Wingnut Welfare coming in, and he'd have to raid personal accounts to pay them.)

"his Florida condo"

Sell this too. No person *needs* a $3.5 million dollar residence (not even one with a home studio so he can record his one hour podcast, once a week, for a NYC audience only), nor does he have to remain as a resident of The Free State of Florida. Surely he can find a place where the cost of living is considerably less -- like Arkansas:

"The Arkansas Median Sale Price (All Home Types) $259,200" https://www.redfin.com/state/Arkansas/housing-market

-----

"Such as moving 24 pallets of stuff and multiple boxes just last month"

Puuuuuh leeze, those were personal items that carry a much larger nostalgic value than what would be the high bid at his bankruptcy auction. The GA election workers did not suffer enough to demand the sale of this memorabilia.

"Maria Ryan is, of course, Rudy’s podcasting partner, and Many People Say his sexytimes [sic] partner, whose credit card bills he’d previously been found to have been paying."

"...she loves me. But she can't leave her family, including her husband." via https://www.newsweek.com/rudy-giuliani-exclusive-tape-questions-girlfriend-maria-ryan-denial-bankruptcy-1915136

It must take someone with very low self-esteem to love a walking embodiment of explosive diarrhea.

"“Wilkie Farr Law Firm and Judge Liman are trying to inhibit me from making a living."

Maybe from living the lifestyle you think you're entitled to, but as a disgraced and disbarred lawyer there's not much opportunity to earn enough to continue feeling superior to the great unwashed. Plus, he lacks any skillsets to be anything more than a salesclerk in some retail store (I understand that 5 Below is a favorite amongst RINOs looking for dates) -- he couldn't even make it as a Starbuck's barista without intensive training. (No offense intended for baristas anywhere.)

-----

"I have sacrificed so much to bring truth and justice to America and American citizens."

Uuuuum, not so much since leaving the NYC Mayor's office. Admit it, Rudy, as nasty as this might sound 9/11 was your high water mark, and the tide has been ebbing ever since.
