Rush quit college “after refusing to take ballroom dance taught by a lesbian drill sergeant.”

Rush couldn't handle ball room dancing while other men in his age cohort were being taught infantry skills by real drill sergeants.

I tried to get into that class for three years in a row but it was always already filled up. By frat boys, I suppose.

At any rate, it seems a stretch to think it could be a required class, unless the dance dept. held that ballroom dancing is fundamental to a meaning curriculum with a major in dance. Was our big-man-in-waiting a dance major? Methinks scapegoating ballroom dance reads like red herring bs.

Funny, I went to college (I went to 2 colleges, and got degrees at both), and no militant feminists accused me of being a rapist just by setting foot on campus. Did I just not go to the right school?

I've known a few men who avoided being accused of rape by not raping anyone.

True story from last year: Student gets pretty trashed with a group of friends. They walk to her room with her. One of them comes back later and has sex with her, even though she is considerably past the point of giving consent. She ends up charging him and his argument is that he didn't rape her, that it was consensual. (he was banned from campus until she graduated. She was a basket case for a few months). The moral of this: Your pointer works very well IF the man has looked up the definition of rape beforehand.
