This does not involve honest brokers or good faith rhetoreticians ... and one of the biggest problems w/making any headway with recalcitrant voters (another problem, bc the people w/the power to free voters should have been focusing on the voter-suppressed base who actually WANT to vote this whole time, but that's another bad faith problem on the left that doesn't want to look at its racism) is behaving, if one is going to do "both sides" (despite the mess THAT model makes), as if both of those "sides" are approaching these issues in an equal abundance of good faith
