Sanders acts like there's this kind, considerate and empathetic side of Trump that comes out as soon as the door is shut and the microphone is off and it's a shame we don't know sweet Uncle Donald better. Everyone who's ever known and worked for him and is willing to speak out says the exact opposite: that Trump's as callous and malevolent in private as he is in public, if not more so. Didn't he tell the widow of a soldier who was killed a few years ago that her fallen husband "knew what he was signing up for?"
The closest thing Trump has ever come to showing the smallest modicum of feeling in any situation was a few weeks ago after the death of his brother when he said that he has lost "his best friend" and held a private funeral service for him at the White House. OTOH, he also probably walked out of the service early, complaining loudly that he was hungry and needed to play some golf.
Remember 4 (hundred) years ago when these assholes got followed around in public and heckled and thrown out of restaurants before they could finish their cheese boards? Can we go back to that, just for fun?
Whenever I see Sarah's lying face I'm inspired to shout the c-word...really loud. The last convulsion rewarded me with a visit from ny very-concerned local fire dept. They had evidently received word that there was a Satanic possession at my address. I informed them that I "was fine", but that "I'd just seen Sarah Huckabee Sanders on TV." I received commiserations all 'round! I was told to "try to control yourself"...and to "have a nice day". I have done both.
"This news isn't delivered over the telephone, like they won a sweepstakes giveaway. The family is notified in person".
I have had the great displeasure of delivering that news as a Navy CACO (Casualty Assistance Calls Officer). It is the most unpleasant thing in the world, for everyone concerned. NOBODY is notified by phone, letter or any other way. It would be cruel to do so.
