They don't have the type of contractors.Many years ago I was a student at a community college in Seattle doing college transfer studies. The Saudi royal family had a rule at the time. In order to stay on the royal dole, you had to either be employed, or studying. So I kid you not, the Saudis would send their sons (the one's who weren't smart enough to get a decent education) over to community colleges in the west to learn how to drive trucks.
