There was a lot of chatter about court backlogs during Obama's second term, for various reasons (Mitch McTurtle's blockade being only one of them), and in the places I inhabit, no one was talking about expanding circuit courts because IQ45 could give the misogyfascists unending pleasure just by filling existing positions on the federal bench.
Any idea what circuit court (and federal appeals court) backlogs look like today? Maybe that's worth starting to push, NOT tied to expansion of the Supreme Court, which is always going to be ridiculously controversial, but saying "if Biden and Kamala and Nancy are as bad as you think they are, and you have to take the feds to court to fight communism, how many years are you prepared to wait, to get a hearing? The Supremes can't reach past lower courts and rescue ALL of the RWNJs using the shadow docket for emergency appeals, you know" ...
By the way - "misogyfascist" is my favorite new word today. "vaginalante" was yesterday ("vagina vigilante", so refers to SB 8 bounty hunters).
you are also missing the point as a case can be filed in any city in Texas and if the person does not fight it, you win by defaults, so they go to the opposite end of the state and file and then hire a sewer service person to serve them. Easy 10K, They won't even know for many months.
