Actually, they have to get pretty creative to rationalize the idea that the Bible is anti-abortion. What it actually says would seem to indicate that God doesn't even consider you a person until you're about five years old.

Which was... oh, hmm, <a href="http:\/\/www.leg.state.fl.us\/statutes\/index.cfm\?App_mode=Display_Statute&amp\;Search_String=&amp\;URL=Ch0102\/SEC166.HTM&amp\;Title=-%3E2000-%3ECh0102-%3ESection%20166#0102.166" target="_blank">contrary to <i>Florida law</i>, </a>when they did that little maneuver.

This didn't harm the state, irreparably, because:

a. Shutup, is why b. It's Florida. It's <i>irreparable harm</i> defined. c. They were looking to harm the entire NATION irreparably.

given that the common definition of an easy question is one that everybody knows the answer to, the fact that the wrong answer would be more obvious is a hell of a tautology

every time one of Roberts odious little minions spews this kind of bile he should be reminded that his legacy is inevitably going to be "Roberts or Taney, which was worse?"

every single blog, FB comment, email, and any other digital record possible should forever link those two names...

Roberts < Taney Taney odious, but not quite as vile as Justice Roberts and his little triplets, Scalia, Alito and Thomas, oh my.

Actually, Nino sort of almost made a little bit of sense.

He's basically saying that if it's a really hard question, it can't be that obvious that the answer was wrong. To which I say: what an idiot. "Yellow" is clearly not the answer to "do there exist integers <em>a, b, c</em> and <em>n</em> where <em>n</em> > 2 such that <em>a^n + b^n = c^n</em>?"
