The story so far: Under a hail of imaginary bricks and pee jars and real sexy Wendy Davises, Texas's state legislature passed a law that says all current abortion providers must have admitting privileges at a hospital within 30 miles of their clinics. Supporters of the bill said it was to help ladies be healthier, not to stop them from getting abortions WINK WINK they are WINKing because
"Their dumb hateful law they got out of an antique book of desert myths"
Actually, they have to get pretty creative to rationalize the idea that the Bible is anti-abortion. What it actually says would seem to indicate that God doesn't even consider you a person until you're about five years old.
Yes! Which was... oh, hmm, contrary to Florida law, when they did that little maneuver.
This didn't harm the state, irreparably, because:
a. Shutup, is why b. It's Florida. It's irreparable harm defined. c. They were looking to harm the entire NATION irreparably.
given that the common definition of an easy question is one that everybody knows the answer to, the fact that the wrong answer would be more obvious is a hell of a tautology
every time one of Roberts odious little minions spews this kind of bile he should be reminded that his legacy is inevitably going to be "Roberts or Taney, which was worse?"
every single blog, FB comment, email, and any other digital record possible should forever link those two names...
Roberts < Taney Taney odious, but not quite as vile as Justice Roberts and his little triplets, Scalia, Alito and Thomas, oh my.
Actually, Nino sort of almost made a little bit of sense.
He's basically saying that if it's a really hard question, it can't be that obvious that the answer was wrong. To which I say: what an idiot. "Yellow" is clearly not the answer to "do there exist integers a, b, c and n where n > 2 such that a^n + b^n = c^n?"
The Fifth Circuit panel, and Scalia, are all gifts of George Dumbfuck Bush - all hand-picked for just this purpose. And the Refucklicans bitch and moan about Obama trying to appoint intelligent judges.

and definitely not until you have taken your first breath of air.
"If he were honest," he wouldn't have gotten nominated to the Supreme Court in the first place.
"Not again!"

Mrs Lot_49's daughter came up with that.

Not a word of this thing did I understand.

I thought Bill Ayers appointed him
so the more likely you are to get an erroneous answer, the easier the question must be?
everything but actual people are people
if he were honest he'd turn in his robe, because he just made his job obsolete
within the body of another people, who are no longer people themselves
