I think the writer meant the wonkette corporate office at WongCo, a division of Western Oil & Natural Gas Holding, a unit of International Word Importers, a NewsCorp company.

Captain Pike: That would have been a totally cool outfit to wear at Beckapalooza. It would be on the level of the Sandwich Demon.

Of course there are some people who need the scooters for reasons that beg our compassion. Let's say a war vet.

BUT, the TP'ers who came to BeckStock are the same crowd that came to town hall meetings last summer to scream about people faking their health problems. And don't tell me you haven't seen the "scooter store" ads where they say "Medicare pays the full cost in most situations".

Damn socialists on their socialist scooters driving up and down government mandated ramps and curb cuts.

I'll admit I'm jealous of these people. A big, comfy seat with room for all of your stuff. A place for a drink and snacks. Your monkey butler riding next to you to grab items you point at with a stick. You can have a radio and an air horn to scare kids with. And usually whoever is riding in these things has 2 or 3 people trailing behind as attendants as well.
