Hard to get that excited about Scotty losing. It will be nice not to hear from or about Senator Staplecrotch for awhile, but that tiny bit of schadenfreude doesn't really make up for the rest of tonight's bloodbath. All I can say is- collectively we will get what we deserve. Sadly, the American public has become so damned dumb that they probably won't even learn the valuable lesson that this should teach them
Unfortunately, you're right. The common man will put up with all the abuse in the world from his boss, as long as he can go home, get liquored up and kick his dog or smack the old lady. The same is true with most low info voters, give 'em a scapegoat and they'll wallow in misery. Plus, they're all so brainwashed by the boob tube that they'll believe whatever crap comes out of that idiot box, so the Koch brothers will continue to buy their oligarhy (a big fuck you to Glen Beck also too- just because).
