Andrea Tantaros, she is a jerk, and she hates feminism. But that doesn't mean she doesn't get the benefit of our feminist foremothers fighting for things like "making it so you can sue when your jerk boss makes you work with Steve Doocy and Bill O'Reilly all the time, even though they are super gross and also disgusting."
In her HOLY SHIT lawsuit against Fox News and Roger Ailes and most of the known universe, Tantaros named former Massachusetts Senator (and Playgirl hotsky) Scott Brown as one of the many (many) dudes who grossed up on her.
On or about August 18, 2015, former Massachusetts Senator Scott Brown (“Brown”) appeared on Outnumbered. Brown made a number of sexually inappropriate comments to Tantaros on set, including, and in a suggestive manner, that Tantaros “would be fun to go to a nightclub with.” After the show was over, Brown snuck up behind Tantaros while she was purchasing lunch and put his hands on her lower waist. She immediately pulled back, telling Brown to “stop.”
But Scott Brown has an ironclad alibi, and that alibi is "nuh uh!" and also "I know you are but what am I?" and too "Andrea Tantaros is the real harasser."
On the “Bernie and Sid Show” on 77 WABC Radio in New York City, Brown said that in that segment, however, it was Tantaros who made him uncomfortable, not the other way around.
In the Outnumbered segment, Tantaros asked Scott Brown about posing nude for Cosmo in 1982 and the hosts proceeded to tease him about it. “Not only is she inquiring about me and what I did when I was 22 years old…I was very uncomfortable with her line of badgering with me.”

Anyway, it is clear, Andrea Tantaros is the real harasser. All you need to do is look at her!

Does Scott Brown have more alibi? Oh yeah baby, he will alibi you all night long.
“This allegedly happened a year ago,” he said. “Since then I’ve not only signed a new contract [with Fox], got a raise, I’m on almost every day… I had [Fox executive] Bill Shine call my house yesterday and say, ‘Listen, you’re one of our best employees.’”
“I would have been fired immediately if I had done anything,” he added.
Oh Scott Brown, you are as bad at reading as you are at running for Senate, because that's not how it worked! That's not how any of it worked! The reason Gretchen Carlson and Andrea Tantaros and Megyn Kelly and EVERY SINGLE WOMAN WHO EVER WORKED AT FOX NEWS got sex-harassed all the time is because nobody was fired, ever . That is the point! That is what makes the company potentially liable for damages, for looking the other way which, if multiple lawsuits are correct, new boss Bill Shine allegedly did for Roger Ailes, and Steve Doocy, and Bill O'Reilly, FOR YEARS. And the only reason anybody got shitcanned now is because Fox superstar Megyn Kelly took time off from her schedule of heavy menstruating to be like "oh yeah, yup, me too."
