If he is, he's very lonely. Unless there's actually someone who could look at Danny DiVito and think "hawt sex!!"

They'll probably rule that gay corporations can get married.

I recently renewed my British passport. The application now includes terms such as 'Parent 1' and 'Parent 2', to my knowledge, no heads have exploded in the UK.

They did agree to review the Sixth and not the Ninth. That's usually a sign they're at least going to consider overturning.

Tony? Or Nino?

Because Tony Kennedy (due to seniority) is pretty likely to be writing the Court's opinion, unless the Chief decides to join the majority.

Fortunately a major corporation is not party to any of the lawsuits collected in this decision, so the outcome isn't already in the bag.

Six. There are six Catholics on the Court, five of whom are conservative. Madam Justice Sotomayor is an out-and-proud Catholic as well.

You underestimate Scalia's powers of rationalization, and Thomas' ability to eloquently express "what Nino said." Alito could swing <strike>both</strike> either way, so I'm expecting 7-2 or 6-3 in favor of letting the nice lesbian couple get gaymarried. (The sodomites get to ride along.) The real fun will be the howls of anguish and butthurt from the Xtards, and the dozens of unconstitutional discriminatory laws they'll cram through their state legislatures, hoping that one of them sticks.

Of course it's going to SCOTUS- it has to- and it's a good thing that the issue will finally be decided (to the extent anything is).

The bad news is the Robert's court's tendency to let the 5 catholics forget their oaths and to pull their theocratic BS. Cross your fingers and hope at least five of them remember they are judges first and foremost...

Would it be too much to hope that Ginsburg, Sotomayor or Kagan take a few pages of either a majority or concurring opinion to throw some shade at the Sophists on the 6th?
